PCS-996S-G Vector Measurement Concentrator

In order to enhance the dynamic stability monitoring and analysis capability of power system, it is necessary to install the phase measurement unit (PMU) in important substations and power plants and build a phase measurement system (WAMS). The phase data concentrator (PDC) receives synchrophasor data from the PMU, aligns the data with time stamps, and outputs the concentrated data to the upper-level PDC or control center. PCS-996S-G is a substation PDC designed according to IEEE C37.118 standard. PCS-996S-G is generally used to concentrate synchrophasor data from multiple PMUs or the device that has a built-in PMU function.
